Your acceptance of the policy is implicit in your continued use of the Career Explore NW site and web-based services.
Information about your activity on our website, or “Log Data” like times, popular pages, etc, is collected automatically in order for us to gauge how you and other visitors use CareerExploreNW.org. In that way we can better understand our community and improve our website to provide better service.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or maintain your relationship with Career Explore NW, e.g. to provide membership services, to provide an opportunity donate to Career Explore NW, or to serve other internal Career Explore NW purposes. Unless you ask us not to, and you may do so at any time, we may contact you via email or phone in the future to tell you about special activities, opportunities, services or changes to this privacy policy.
We will not sell, rent, or exchange your information to any other non-profit or for-profit organization. We will not send emails, mailings, or make phone calls on behalf of another organization.
Feedback & Complaints
KSPS PBS is committed to providing a constructive and responsive environment for Career Explore NW participants. Feedback, including complaints, is vital to improving our services and ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
A person wishing to submit feedback, or a complaint, may do so by filling out our contact form.
Those less than 18 years old: Please see the “INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM CHILDREN” section of Privacy Policy. If you are less than 18 years old and would like to submit feedback or a complaint, please have your custodial parent(s)/legal guardian(s) fill out the submission form.
Upon receiving the form, if contact information has been provided, a member of the Career Explore NW team will acknowledge receipt of the feedback/complaint within 3 business days. We will assign a designated staff member or team to review and address the feedback/complaint; conduct an investigation, if necessary, to gather relevant information and perspectives; and, respond to the sender, addressing their concerns and outlining any actions taken or proposed resolutions, within 10 business days. Throughout the process we will maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all parties involved.
KSPS PBS will maintain secure records of all feedback and complaints received, along with corresponding actions taken and resolutions provided. This documentation will serve as a reference for program improvement and accountability.
